Description :
Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited, a joint venture of Govt. of UP, is currently seeking applications from interested and eligible candidates for the post of Joint/ Deputy General Manager/ Legal on a deputation basis. As mentioned in the official notification of UP Metro Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit for candidates registering their applications is 45 years as of the closing date of application submission. Shortlisted candidates will be paid a monthly salary on the basis of parent pay plus deputation allowance on deputation basis. The recruitment will be done for one (01) available vacancy. As per the official notification of UP Metro Recruitment 2023, candidates would be hired on an initial contract duration that would be three years, which might be extended based on the performance of the chosen individuals. The hired candidates will be responsible for legal functions and matters pertaining to Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. Interested and eligible candidates must ensure their credentials meet the required eligibilities as detailed in the below sections. Applications must be registered along with required documents proving their age, qualification, prior experience and salary. Candidates will get invitations to a scheduled interview based on the assessment of the papers submitted during the application process. The application must be submitted within 30 days from the date of post advertisement in the employment news.
Eligibility Criteria :
According to the attached official notification of UP Metro Recruitment 2023, the age limit of applicants applying for this post should not be above 45 years on the basis of the following factors. Candidates should have a Bachelor of Law, or, LLB with a minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA from govt. approved institution.Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree in Law will have an added advantage.
Other Information :
The initial contract term would be for three years which may be extendable depending on performances by appointed individuals, according to the official UP Metro Recruitment 2023 announcement. Candidates will be shortlisted after an interview in Lucknow. If more than one Desirable Qualification (DQ) is prescribed, the interview will be held on the basis of any or all of the DQ.The interview will be conducted on the basis of higher education qualifications that meet the minimal requirements specified in the job announcement. Higher experience in the relevant sector will be considered in the interview. The UP Metro maintains the right to interview candidates who have been shortlisted.
